LOCATED IN MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN: Hey look at me! My name is CeCe. I just had a bath and I am so soft and cuddly. I am a little girl only 9 months old, and I weigh just 5 pounds. I was spayed and all vetted, and that means I had my shots too. I love to play with all my other playmates in my foster home and with all the toys, and boy do I love toys! But most of all I just love to sit on your lap and give  so many kisses, my foster Mom calls me a lover. I am working very hard on my housetraining. In order to keep our rescue going and enable us to save as many dogs as we can, we need your help and ask if you might be interested in opening your home to a foster dog in your area.
