Coco has brought immeasurable joy and happiness to our lives. He has completely stolen my husband’s heart who frequently refers to him as his son.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mary Palmer from the bottom of our hearts for her dedication, hard work and tireless energy in finding “Happily Ever After” homes for these beautiful little souls. We will all be eternally grateful…..

My husband and I consider ourselves to be so fortunate to have had the opportunity to adopt our little boy, Coco, through Northcentral Maltese Rescue. Mom made the long journey (comprised of four takeoffs and four landings all in one day) from Boston to Milwaukee on November 23, 2002 to pick up Coco. He was simply an angel during his flight back to Boston. The only noise Coco made was when he, while sleeping in his carrier, rolled over on top of his green froggy, one of his favorite squeaky toys he brought back with him from Milwaukee. Coco was three months old and weighed three pounds at the time.
Coco is an absolute love and is just as sweet and as happy as can be. As his doctor recently stated “he truly loves life” and that he does. Everything is an adventure to Coco whether it be going for a ride in the car, enjoying his favorite treats or playing with his older brother, Toby. He loves playing with, and caring for, his extensive selection of toys. They are all very dear to him, and he truly takes the very best of care of each and every one of them. He not only thoroughly enjoys playing with them, but also enjoys using them as a pillow while resting between play sessions! Coco also really enjoys snuggling up with his Dad to watch his favorite programs on TV. One of his very favorite things to do is shower both his Mom and Dad with a million kisses, each one of which is returned!
