Tess came to us in 2008. Her people decided they didn’t want her any longer after having her for about 4 years. She was a great little girl but they did not like that they needed to use gates and such as she was a runner. I suggested a fenced yard which they did not do. She called me and said can you take Tess, as if you can’t we may take her to the shelter. I said we will take her. They had crated her so much during the day and her house training was not really good she said. When she came here she was never crated again and we have a fenced yard and she only ever had 2 or 3 accidents in the house in the 8 years that she was with us. All she needed was some TLC. They gave her very nice beds and things and good vet care and grooming but what she really needed was just love and time with us. She loved her people and did not have the opportunity to do that in her previous home. We were blessed to have our little Tess with us for 8 years. She is very much missed and we were blessed to have her with us for 8 wonderful years. Always happy and always kind. Miss you forever little girl.
